Merry Christmas and a Peaceful and Happy New Year

I can’t believe Christmas is upon us and I haven’t had a chance to prepare more Christmas cookie posts as I was baking away in the evenings, making sure I get my Christmas presents from the kitchen ready on time. One of my New Year’s resolutions is to become more organised and start with my post preparation earlier so I can share a few more recipes.

Believe it or not it almost takes me a whole day from start to finish of a post. Baking, taking pictures, processing pictures and uploading it all to WordPress, happens at snail pace but hopefully the more I do the faster I’ll get.

Putting up this picture at least gives you an idea of what I’ve been up to over the past two weeks and I promise I will share all the recipes as of November 2012, giving enough time to get your “gifts from the kitchen” ready for the big day.

The Christmas cookies pictured include Munich Cinnamon Stars, Apricot Chocolates, Walnut Meringues, Coconut & Vanilla Macaroons, Vanilla Almond Cookies, Vanilla Butter Cookies, Butter Raspberry Hearts. I’ve already eaten all Chocolate Orange Cookies, hence why they aren’t pictured here.

I wish you Merry Christmas and a Peaceful and Happy New Year.
